Dear Sir/ Madam, we are 2 female students, Kajsa and Andrea, who will enter our second year of bachelor's. We're looking for a cosy, welcoming apartment to call our home. After seeing your listing, we were immediately drawn to the apartment's cosiness and location. The move-in date is perfect for us as we are looking to move after our semester is over in June/July. We are 19 and 20 years old and studying European law and international business . We are responsible and friendly, and we value a clean, peaceful and cosy living environment. Even though we study different subjects, we share a common commitment to our education. We agree that our common home should be treated with care and be a cosy, calm place to relax and study. beyond academics we enjoy cooking together and doing the occasional movie nights. we make sure to be punctual with payments, tidy and considerate of our neighbours and house rules. we are excited to possibly be able to call this place our common home where we can enjoy our time together.
