Koppel (30) op zoek naar appartement in Rotterdam

Dear Landlord We are a couple from Latvia,Lina Stroza and Juta Zakena. I am 29 she is 30 years old. We have been working in the Netherlands since May 2022 through a work agency, which provides our current apartment for us. We started working at LKQ Fource, a logistics warehouse in Amsterdam. The company's facility in Amsterdam was shut down in January 2024, so we got repositioned to their biggest facility in Berkel en Rodenrijs, where we are working right now. One of our main motivations for moving is that we were both offered direct contracts from the company in case we can find our own housing apart from the work agency. Our other motivation is starting a life as a couple on our own in this very pleasant country, since we are sharing our apartment with other people right now. We are a really orderly couple, we like keeping our living area tidy and organized. Bills and responsibilities always come first for us, I can assure you that monthly payment will always arrive to you in time. We are looking for a long-term rental situation where we could make your property our home. We are very respectful towards neighbours whom we share the building with, we are very attentive about noise and cleanliness in the common areas as well. In our free time, we like exploring fun activities in and outside the city with our friends, but we enjoy relaxing activities together in the house as well. My hobbies is collecting Lego,puzzles ,travelling and reading criminal novels. My partner Lina’s hobbies is photography,travelling, psychology and personal development.  We don't smoke, and we don't have pets either. We committed to being a respectful,trustworthy tenants and a good neighbours who pays rent on time,takes care of the property and communicates with you when it’s necessary.
