Koppel (27) op zoek naar appartement in Tilburg

My name is Kaitlyn Fenster and I am searching for an apartment for my partner, Davey Barendregt, and myself. I am from the US and will begin a master’s program at Utrecht University in September 2024. Davey is a Dutch native and currently attends Tilburg University. We are interested in a lease of at least 12 months, preferably with the option to be extended, starting between May-July 2024. My current gross income is €6.000 p/m and I have been saving to relocate to the Netherlands. My partner also receives a monthly government stipend of €1.000 and in addition we will both be applying to part time positions at or near our respective universities. If a monthly income requirement is needed, we can also provide a guarantor. Our ideal apartment would also be pet friendly; we have an eight year old cat who is very well behaved. While July would be our ideal move in date, we do have some flexibility to start a lease between May- early August.
