Dear future landlord, My name is Preslava and I am 21 years old from Bulgaria. Me and my boyfriend Hugo (21, Spanish) are looking for accommodation to rent in Tilburg. Currently we are living together, however, our lease is coming to an end and we unfortunately cannot renew it so we are searching for a new place. As far as it comes to our preferences, we are not picky, beggars can't be choosers, we are looking for a furnished place. What is more, although we are students we also have part-time jobs and our parents partially financially support us. As tenants, we are quiet, neat and respectful, we tend to befriend our neighbours and typically have good and clear communication.
