Male (28) seeking apartment in Den Haag, Centrum

I am 28 years old coming for Greee specifically from Athens. I have finished my bachelor’s and master’s in Greece in the agricultural engineering sector with a specialization at water management. For the last 2 years, I was a student at Urban Environmental Management Master program at Wageningen University, Netherlands. Part of my master’s was a mandatory internship which I secured due to my studies at Evides in the group of watertechnology. The contract is still on until the end of August and unfortunately, these are the pay slips. Recently though I accepted an offer to stay in the company with contract that I will sign at the end of this month with 49000Euros/per year plus bonus and expenses. You will find attached a draft version of the contract for given proof. I don’t feel comfortable sharing a bank statement that reveals my financial situation (I have no debt or bank obligations) but I am so interested at apartment B that I can easily provide you with rent payments in front (even up to a year). I can fully understand the risk avoidance procedure that you need to follow in order to secure that not only you will be paid monthly but also for the state of the apartment while you renting it as I am a landlord myself but in Greece. I really like the apartment and I can reassure you that everything is going to run smoothly. If additional information are needed let me know to discuss it. I am more comfortable sharing more financial information with the landlord directly rather than with all the mediators in between.
