You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time by selecting My membership in the menu with the profile icon, after logging in. Here you will find the option to cancel your subscription with a few clicks.
If you created your subscription through the Rentumo mobile app, it can only be managed directly via your App Store / Google Play Store account settings. Rentumo does not have access to these subscriptions and cannot change, cancel, or refund them on your behalf.
Please note: Any refunds for subscriptions purchased via the App Store or Google Play must be requested directly through Apple or Google. Rentumo cannot issue refunds for these purchases.

To apply for a specific rental property, you need to create an account and start a Premium membership. Once you have done that, you can see all the details, including any contact information of the landlord or agency listed on the property page and reach out to them directly.
Rentumo is a subscription-based service that provides you fast and easy access to all available rental properties, aggregated from hundreds of different websites. With Premium, you get access to all the features of Rentumo, including all the details of all the rental properties.
If you find an issue with a rental listing, such as incorrect information or a broken link, please click the "Report" button with the flag icon, on the page of the specific rental listing.
