Male (19) seeking studio in Eindhoven

Hello! My name is Emils Skadiņš and I’m 19 years old student from Latvia and I will start studying mechanical engineering at Tu/e in study year 2024 /2025 and I’m in need of housing, therefore I am interested in renting this property. After viewing the property and learning more about its features and the neighborhood, I am confident that it is the perfect place for me. I am excited about the possibility of calling this apartment my home, and I hope this letter provides you with a clearer picture of why I would be an ideal tenant. I am quiet and tidy and reliable; therefore, I will not make any trouble for you, or the neighbors. In my free time I enjoy cooking, singing and physical outdoor activities like running and hiking. Unfortunately, as a student, I do not have an income stream at the moment, therefore, the apartment would be paid for by my parents, that have promised to provide for my living expenses, but I promise that this will not cause any problems or misunderstandings in the future.
