Roommates (30) seeking apartment in Rotterdam, Blijdorp

By way of introduction, my name is Sheena Guillermo and I am living together with 2 other persons Roy Almazan and Clarris Julianne Camata. We are all currently working as senior audit assistants in Grant Thornton Accountants en Adviseurs B.V. in Rotterdam and living in Hogerbeetsstraat (3039 XJ Rotterdam); however, our landlord made a decision to sell their house and we are expected to move out on or before the 1st January 2025, hence, we are seeking a new home which can accommodate the three (3) of us. A brief information about us is that we flew to the Netherlandsfrom the Philippines in May 2023 and have lived together ever since. We got our employment contract renewed for an indefinite period last December 2023 and we have a combined gross salary of EUR 11.500 excluding other allowances subject to 30% ruling. We are all homebodies who don’t own any pets and prefer quietude. Listed below are some details which might be helpful for you to know us better: • Jhon Roy Almazan : Male; 28 years old; hobbies include watching movies, travelling, and visiting parks and museums. • Sheena Rose Guillermo : Female; 30 years old; hobbies include cooking, travelling, shopping, interior designing and cleaning • Clarris Julianne Camata : Female; 30 years old; hobbies include walking, reading, playing Sudoku and organizing stuff. The 3 of us bond together by going out for coffee, hitting the gym and doing grocery / laundry. We also travel together as our schedule permits. I am attaching here a collage of some of our bonding moments together in and outside the Netherlands. We have no records of bad conduct and we also have a good paying history with our monthly bills and commitments particularly rentals.
