Roommates (21) seeking apartment in Den Haag

My roommates and I are very interested in renting the space. We are looking to move in from February onwards, but we are flexible with the exact move-in date. We are hoping to stay for a period of two years. By the time of move-in, I will be 21 years old, and my roommates will be 20 and 19 years old, respectively. We are three university students currently interning, which unfortunately means we are unable to attend an in-person viewing. However, we would greatly appreciate the opportunity to schedule an online viewing at a time that is convenient for you. Although we are students, we are financially supported by our parents, who assist us with covering all rental expenses. To reassure you of our financial stability, we can provide documentation of our parents' financial support, proof of income, as well as confirmation that we have no outstanding debt. If you prefer, we are happy to have the rental agreement processed through my mother, and we would be glad to comply with that request. Additionally, we have experience living independently and can provide proof of the returned security deposits from our previous rentals to demonstrate that we are trustworthy and responsible tenants. Personally, I have lived alone in Sarajevo, The Hague, and Copenhagen, and I understand the responsibilities of maintaining a rental property. If any of the documents require translation into English, we are more than happy to assist with that as well. If you require any other documents or information, such as a rental reference letter or further proof of our past tenancy history, please don’t hesitate to ask.
