Hello everyone! My name is Adam, and I'm excited to be starting my Master's degree at Utrecht University this September. I'm currently looking for a place to move into around August 2024. Here are a few details about me and what I'm looking for: - I currently live in Groningen where I'm finishing up my Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics. - I'm 23 years old and originally from Hungary. - I work besides my studies at IKEA Nederland. What I'm looking for: - Budget: my maximum budget is €700, but it's negotiable. - Location: either in Utrecht proper or in a neighboring municipality (I'm a big biker). - Stay duration: preferably for a longer term, but a 1 year period is already good. - Living preferences: I'm tidy, sociable, and open to living either alone or with multiple housemates. House chores don't scare me, and I'm always up for a nice chat or shared activities. I speak fluent English, Hungarian (if someone cares about it lol) and am learning Dutch.
