Couple (25) seeking apartment in Utrecht

Hello! My fiancée, Eva, and I are currently in Paris and planning to relocate to the Utrecht area. Eva is preparing to start her second master's at Utrecht University, while I work remotely as a consultant. We are searching for a property that offers at least 25 square meters of space and is priced under €1400 per month. Financially, we are stable with a combined income of €2700/month and can also access additional family support if needed. We are aiming to move as soon as possible, ideally by the end of August but we are flexible to meet the availability of the right property.
