Family (30) seeking house in Helmond

Hello, We are 3 people looking for a house for a longer time (My boyfriend 38 years old, my brother 21 years old, and I 30 years old). We are interested in this property and would like to see it as soon as possible, also to discuss in detail the existing rental offer. We all have good jobs (for now under the Uitzendbureau contract). We can provide payslips as well as a letter from our current employers clearly stating their interest and intention to offer us a full unlimited contract as soon as their agency agreement allows. Also, I previously lived in the Netherlands for about 5 years between 2017 and 2022. If necessary and it will help our cause, I can ask for a referral from the former owners. We all want to rent a place to call home for at least 12 months, so we are open to discussing and answering any other questions you may have for us.
