Couple (35) seeking house in Utrecht

We are a couple looking for a place to live, we have been in Nederland's for five years. We are both working with direct contracts with the company. Our gross income is on average 6300 Euros. We are a quiet couple, we work full time from Monday to Friday. In our free time we like to spend time at home and rest. We are looking for a long-term rental. We have been renting the current apartment since April 2021, at the time it was fine, but it is time to look for a place with more space and comfort. We chose the house option to rent, but we are also open to renting an apartment.
